1970 Honda CB

Original CB750 Honda, except for color. Was Candy Blue Green, only came in three colors, Candy Gold and Candy Ruby Red, I painted it corvette gray in 1985. As you can see from the pictures this bike has been cared for. It has a lot of life left and turns heads when people who are in the know see it. I have owned and loved this bike since it was brand new. You can ask my ex-wife. Was purchased new from Bellevue Honda in Bellevue Nebraska. Has seen the early Sturgis Bike Rally days in the bike rally's birth. Has resided in California since 1979. Very strong engine, new battery and has always been garaged and covered. Basic info: This series was the year 1969-70 only. Serial number started at 1000001. Was the 15,165 bike off the production line. For those in the know this bike influenced all the big machines that followed. Too bad Honda sat on its laurels after this. Engine: air cooled, transverse four cylinder, four stroke, SOHC-2 valves per cylinder. Capacity 736. Bore x Stroke 61 x 63mm. Compression Ratio 9.0:1. Induction 4 x 28mm Keihin carbs. Max Power: 69hp @ 8000rpm. Standing 1/4 mile 13.5sec/100.9mph. Top speed 124.3mph, only got mine to go 123mph. Needs tires, new rubber on foot pegs, kick start, looks fine without, front shock seals, carb cleaned and love. Serious inquiries only. Bike is titled, license and registered in California.
