1984 VW WESTY VANAGON-113,000 miles Automatic Transmission This is truly a gem and will be a great prize for the winner of this auction. I just bought this VW in November, but have to sell for personal reasons. Make my loss your gain. Interior: No damage of any kind to any of the upholstery or detailing. The camper equipment (fridge, stove, sink) all are top notch and super clean. Everything is stock and even has the original floor mats in pristine condition. All of the screens, shades, tables, attachments are included and all are original. You would swear they are new. The only issue on the interior is minor wear on the pop-up tent. This is to be expected for a 1984, but it has a long while before it needs to be replaced. Has a new CD/MP3 player and speakers. The engine runs like new. The transmission shifts like the day it was purchased. No mechanical problems, I would not be afraid to drive this van to California and back. Exterior: It was garaged to avoid exposure to road salt, as it has been every winter. It has not been driven in the winter. There is NO RUST anywhere on it. the body and paint are immaculate. The pictures will show that I hope. Tires are new. I just had the Exhaust Pipe Assembly replaced after I bought it. I also bought new rear hatch struts and some chrome detailing for the front rain guards. The weather seals have all been replaced. I will also throw in a brand new Bentley repair manual and some misc. camping equipment. This van is straight out of a time machine, do not let this pass by. Truly a rare find for VW enthusiasts.
