Honda 1983 CB 1000 Custom Vehicle Description This is the '83 CB 1000 Custom. Honda only made this bike for one year. It's considered a collectable. The bike only has 33,731 miles. This bike is rare and hard to find. It's in very good shape! It starts up on the first try every time. The motor is still very strong. If you've never ridden this bike I'm sure the power will surprise you. It doesn't use any oil and it doesn't burn any either. In my opinion it's one of the best bikes Honda ever made. The carburetors have just been tuned-up. Shocks, Brakes and lights are all sound. The tires and battery are in great shape. Accessories: Windshield Saddle bags Sissy bar w/ backrest I would like to point out the cosmetic flaws.They are minor but should be mentioned. As you can see by the pictures the seat could be recovered. The horn is not very loud. The four exhaust header pipes have a good bit of rust and the back rest on the sissy has a small hole in the top. All in all it's an excellent bike. If you don't know much about them, look them up on the internet. These bikes have a huge following. I'll need a $500 down payment made through paypal within 24 hours and the rest on pick up.
