Over $20,000 invested. This is a $10,000 starting bid with no reserve. Someone will get a very nice car. For Sale is a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. Originally came stock with a Pontiac 301 motor. It now has a Pontiac 400 motor with a slight cam and roller rockers. 2000 miles on rebuild, with brand new 800 CFM Rochester Quadrajet Carburetor. Runs real strong and gets decent mileage. 350 Turbo transmission with shift-kit, and 342 posi-track rear-end. Car has a performance suspension, including front and rear springs, inner and outer tie-rod ends, center link, idler arm, front and rear sway bars, end links, upper lower ball joints, and every single bushing is high energy, nylon bushings, including four sub-frame mount bushings. Four Monroe Formula GP shocks. Two-year-old dual exhaust with Turbo mufflers. Four new BF Goodrich tires (P2 55 x 60 x 15). 15 x 8 performance snowflake wheels redone in powdered coat. Four new center caps. New factory original decal kit. All new rubber door seals. New door seal plate. New console and glove box with new lid and map box. New shift indicator plate. Original 1979 dash with no cracks. New carpet. New headliner. New front and back seat upholstery. All instruments work, except clock. All lights work. Brand new AC compressor and new AC bottle. Blows really cold (R134). New windshield and trim, and new rear window trim. New Steering wheel and horn button. New door glass. New door panels and felt strips.
