Vehicle will not pass PA inspection. Vehicle was used daily until inspection ran out on May 31, 2010. Vehicle needs ball joints and frame is rusted which is why the vehicle did not pass inspection. Frame would need to be welded to be fixed. Vehicle does have current emissions inspection sticker valid until May 31, 2011. Vehicle has normal wear and tear on exterior and interior as would be expected for this age. Small crack and chip in windshield. Cassette player does not work. Driver door will not unlock with key but does with autolock buttons. Vehicle has hitch and ball mount. Master cylinder and fuel lines replaced in 2010. Tires only 1.5 years old. Maintenance history unknown. Vehicle has a clear PA title but has a re-issued VIN number from NY. Vehicle will need to be towed or hauled from the site since it does not have a valid inspection. Would be great for parts or for a project vehicle.
