Up for auction is 1983 Mercedes Benz 300D turbo diesel. The body is in ok condition. There are some spots of rust but no structural damage. See in the pics by the passenger side front tire where the rust is. I jacked up that side of the car with the stock jack and it was very solid. I had this car for a little while and had plans of putting a veggie oil kit on it but never got around to it. The car runs and drives. It is slow to me but this car was not meant to be fast.. The tires on the car are in decent shape. The passenger side front tire has a slow leak in it. All of the windows go up and down. They are power. And the sunroof works as well. The car is missing the antenna so that does not work. It has an aftermarket radio in it which is a Sony cd player. The interior is tan leather and is in very nice shape. The tan carpets on the other hand have seen better days. They are quite dirty. The dashboard is in great shape with a tiny crack starting but almost not noticable unless you are really looking for it. The engine is very clean and dry. The trans looks a little wet. It does have a delay when putting the car in reverse but all the gears work. It is inspected from NJ and the inspection expires this month but im sure it will have no problems getting inspected again. There is no reserve on this auction.
