817-220-3433817-233-5495 1997 Mazda Miata One Owner 49K Miles!! I purchased this vehicle from the original owner, about 10 months ago. I drive it almost daily as my "get around car". It constantly gets 31 miles to the gallon. I added 15" BBS wheels and new tires at the time of purchase. I have driven about 8000 miles since then, so the tires have many miles of driving left. I have changed the oil and filter every 3000 miles, as did the previous owner. All of the options are in good working order, power windows, power brakes, air conditioning, cruise control, AM/FM stereo cassette/CD player and more. The exterior is in very nice condition, no dings or dents, no previous paint work. There are a few very light scratches, and rock chips on the nose. The interior is like new, no wear or fade on the carpet or leather seats. The top is the original and still in good condition, rear glass a little cloudy, but not torn or cracked. The reason I am selling this great car is because I bought a 2004 Mazdaspeed. I enjoy both cars, but can only keep one of them. A deposit of $1000.00 shall be received within 24 hours of auction closing (Cashiers check, Certified funds or Wire transfer). When the auction ends on a weekend the deposit is expected on the next banking day. All financial transactions shall be completed within 5 days of auction closing. Payment may be in the form of a Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer. All sales are subject to Texas VIT (Vehicle Inventory Tax) of .001945 of purchase price and a $50.00 Documentation fee. Texas buyers are required to pay 6.25% sales tax, title and license or transfer fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for the taxes and registration fees charged by their home state. In the State of Texas, titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original title, up to 21 days from the time vehicle is paid off. We usually have all titles in our possession, however there are occasions where we are waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed, bonded dealer in the state of Texas and guarantee clean titles on all vehicles we sell. We will hold all titles 10 days if payment is made by money order or cashier's check. Titles will be sent via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We regret it is not always possible to provide extra sets of keys, complete books, and manual or remote access devices.
