PLEASE READ When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is eight (8) years old will show more wear than one that is three (3) years old. ect, ect. At Family Estate Sales Inc., we also guarantee that all vehicles have clean and lien free titles with NO salvage history and NO flood damage. We just never get involved in that type of vehicle, ever. Keep in mind that we are a dealer and due to legal paperwork, bank payoffs and dealer processing, some titles may take a few weeks to receive. Be assured that we will expedite this process to the best of our ability. In the event of a delay, we can provide a 30 day temporary tag. Please note that our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. Check with your bank and find out if they fund your loan with a bank draft or other means as I do not accept Bank Drafts of any kind. If your bank only funds a car loan with a Bank Draft, please do not bid, as I only except cash, cashiers check, money order or bank wire transfer. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding. Before vehicle can be released for shipment, all sales and title related paperwork must be signed and returned, complete to the seller by mail or fax. If buyer or buyers representative picks up vehicle, feedback must be left at time of delivery. Nothing fancy, although my auctions are 5 to 7 Days - some "Reserve" some "No Reserve" auctions, all I ask is that if you bid, that you are serious about bidding and are financially capable of completing the transaction within five (5) days of the close of the auction. You will be required to register the vehicle in your home state at your own cost, including registration fees and inspection fees. Residents of Florida must include 6% sales tax plus discretionary sales surtax where applicable. If Florida Estate Vehicle Sales Inc., issues a 30 day temporary tag for non resident of Florida, we must collect sales tax if applicable in your home state, but not to exceed 6%.
