This is a 1986 Mercedes Benz 560SL. This was a new vehicle trade in. I am a wholesale automotive dealer. A true Mercedes classic and one of the most recognizable cars in the world. The car is original and needs some help. Mechaniclally it does run and starts every time. There is an upper engine noise as a collapsed tappet. It does not smoke and has good oil pressure and is complete under the hood. the odometer is broken so the miles are not actual.The cooling is good and the trans is good. The interior is original and the seats and carpets need replacing. The rear seat is good. The glass is good. The guages and wood trim are good. The top is in one piece but the side windows are gone. The trunk has the spare and is complete. The body is straight but has several small spots where rust is beginning at the front of the left rear wheel and the rear of the right front wheel. There is a spot at the rear of the drivers side floor pan. The left front fender trim is missing. The front spoiler has several cracks and a piece out of the left front corner. The alloy wheels are good with some of the clear coming off. The tires are not matched and have 50% tread. The paint on the right quarter and trunk are brighter than the rest of the car which may indicate some touch up.This vehicle is being sold with no warranty .
