For auction is a restored 1968 Mustang Coupe, powered with a V8, 289 equipped high rise intake, headers, dual flowmaster exhaust and holly carburator. A C-4 automatic 31 spline transmission with a 2500 stall converter and shift kit. The interior as well as floor and trunk panels have been replaced. The front drum brakes was upgraded to Cobra disk brakes and outfitted with Hankook venus tires on Cobra rims. This is a beautiful looking and running car. It has 45,000 miles on it and the title reads 35,000 as it was when i purchased the car ten years ago. The engine and transmission was rebuilt when the car was restored about five years ago. The raidator is aluminium, the chrome on the car is all new and free of any pitting or scratches to include bumbers and trim. The paint is more than presentable but there are some surface spots where the paint is flaked. the rear left corner taillamp housing came from a 1967 and does not match the trunk panel perfectly as depicted in the pictures. I will include the heatpump box should the new owner decide that they want to equip it with heat. (was removed when egine was rebuilt, added performance without it and i dont drive it when its cold anyways) I will also include the car cover.
