And an excellent famly day sailing boat. 2 people can raise the mast easily. 4-6 people can sail in it easily. Main Sail - good condition - there are 3-4 repairs that have been done.. Jib is a roller furling sail - good condition with 2-3 repairs in a couple of places) 2 scuppers to flush out water while sailing. both work great. pull up to close and push down to open. Rudder is the floating kick up style as is the centerboard making it ideal for beaching. Also makes it easy for launching. All lines and hardware are in very good operating condition. All bad ropes have been replaced. Trailer is in very good condition and road worthy. Tail lights work. New Tires, new paint. 5 lug 8 inch tires Red paint on the boat is oxidized. I buffed it last year to bring up the shine. Clear Missouri title for boat and trailer The Buccaneer's have a wider bottom and are less tippy that other v-bottom sailboats like Flying Jrs. The stable design of the Buccaneer makes it more fun as a family and kid friendly boat. However, the Buccaneer sailboats will flatout go incredibly fast, if that's what you want while racing.
