Up for auction is my 1996 Jeep Cherokee. It is red in color with a gray interior. The only visible body defect is on the passenger side door. It appears a previous owner im assuming while the jeep was newer had a dent fixed and now there is a crack in the body work with a little rust showing in the crack. Other than that just a few normal dents dings and minor scratches which is to be expected on a 1996. The interior is in excellent shape with two exceptions: first the drivers side seat is showing wear, but not tore. Second is when whoever installed the cd player in the dash the dash panel got cracked and it appears to be epoxied back together. The only other problem with this jeep is that the drivers side rear door handle, the button that you push fell into the door thru the handle. The door still opens and closes just fine though. It starts right up and runs great. No problems with the tranny at all. I bought this jeep from an older couple probably 70yrs old or so and I have had it for a year. So I don't think it has been off road @ all. The only mud it saw while I owned it was trying to help pull a friend out who got his jeep and boat trailer stuck in his back yard. The four wheel drive works, I used it this last winter in the snow. It has BF goodrich all terrains on it with approximately 50% tread left. All of the lights and turn signals and wipers work. This jeep needs nothing. Im selling due to loss of job and don't need 3 vehicles right now. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and cost or for pickup. I am willing to drive up to 75 miles for free to deliver. I am also willing to help with shipping if it is desired.
