This Jeep Wagoner was in storage for 8-9 years (it was garaged when it was new) there are some patches of exterior rust that are located on the lower quarter panels; but not rusted through. There is no unusual amount of rust on the underneath of the vehicle. There is some oxidation of the navy blue paint on the hood. Otherwise the exterior is in good-to-very good condition. The interior is an orange/rust color and is also in good condition. The dashboard, seats, and headliner are all in good original condition. However, the front driver and passenger interior handles are in need of replacement or repair. The jeep is currently being occasionally driven; however it is 27 years old and it will need work. The Jeep is 4-wheel drive, has power windows, and a brand new radio/speakers were installed. We are aware of the following issues: There is a “Rebuilt/Rebuildable” note on the title in Iowa. The car has not been rebuilt – we believe this is an administrative error with the IA Motor Vehicle Division office and we are currently working with the state to get this cleared up. If you look at the report you will see this “Rebuilt” indication only occurred when we registered it in Iowa after taking it from storage in Kansas City, KS. Once we are able to correct that issue; I will update the title status on this listing. Front driver power window needs repair Power steering leak that needs immediate repair Exhaust leak at manifold Starter solenoid may need replacement The Air Conditioning may either need to be recharged or repaired The ignition/transmission interlock/cruise control switch in the steering column also needs adjustment Breaks are like new, drums are like new Front tires are new and the rear tires are in good condition When transmission was services the filter was clear of debris and we were told it looked fine (jeep has been in our family since it was purchased from a car dealership back at 34,000).
