The good: This car was a repo before I owned it. The previous owner hid it in a barn for almost 3 years before it was found. They didn't drive it the entire time. The previous owner destroyed the 2nd gear synchro, so I had it completely replaced with a brand new Tremec TR3650. I still have the paperwork. It's still under warranty for another 6k miles, or ~9 months. It runs, looks, and sounds GREAT! I get complimented on it literally all the time. It had a straight-through x-pipe when I bought it, but I put a Magnaflow catted pipe on when I got it to make it emissions legal. It passed with flying colors. I replaced the wheels with factory Cobra wheels because I didn't like the ones that were on the car at the time. I've performed all of the maintenance that would be required anytime soon, so just turn the key and go! The "bad": The car isn't perfect. It has an almost perfect interior, but there is one cigarette burn on one of the rear seats. The car was in an accident at about ~9900 miles, and they replaced the front & rear bumpers with a fiberglass bodykit. There are some imperfections in the body here and there, which are shown in detail in the last 3 pictures. Maintenance: I changed the oil on May 8th, before I went to Vegas, at 22,970 miles. I used Shell Rotella T full synthetic 5W-40 and a K&N oil filter. It should be good until about 31k miles, since I've done nothing but long trips lately. I've recently changed the serpentine belt, air filter, rear brake rotors & pads, all 4 tires, coolant, transmission fluid, evap purge solenoid, fuel tank grommet, charcoal canister, and one of the upstream O2 sensors. It has never leaked a drop of ANYTHING the entire time I've owned it. The clutch has approximately 30% of its pad left, so it should be good for another 10-15k if you don't abuse it. Why am I selling it I bought this on an impulse, and it's been a really fun car. I've always wanted one this color and they're fairly rare, so it was a good find. I got a loan that day, bought it, and got to work. Unfortunately, I'm now in a position to refinance my house right now. The only thing stopping me is this car. I have a truck, so I don't need to have it. I've only had it for a few months (and 4k miles), but I realize it's a luxury I can't afford to keep around. For some reason, it hasn't updated with my registration data from 3 months ago. I also have reason to believe the first two owners were one and the same. Either way, feel free to have a look! Video I made a video of the car starting and running, and I walked around it. HOWEVER, my camera apparently sucks. It added a fun, high-pitched noise to the mix. The car does not make this noise.
