Payment/Fees We will add a State regulated $250 Documentation fee, $15.00 title fee, and if needed a $22.00 temp tag fee to the final bid price. Documentation is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, over-nighting of packages and other document handling costs. If a vehicle is not picked up within 7 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. If you are the winner, a $2000 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or vehicle is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within seven (7) days thereafter. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. Our finance department works with over 50 lenders. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding. We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours.
