This Benz was directly purchased from insurance auctions in the condition you see it in the pics. No middleman involved. It was sold as a theft recovered vehicle. Meaning it was stolen at one point and later recovered and insurance company took ownership of it after paying off the owner. Most of the time such cars are taken for a joy ride and later recovered. We currently have the ownership and the CLEAN TITLE at hand, no liens. This CLK was not salvaged by the insurance company. This is not our personal vehicle hence we do not know much about its history besides what's stated here and what's shown in the pics. The engine runs great and no under the hood damage observed. Looks like the right wheels hit the curb and both right front and rear control arms are bent. Car starts and engine runs great and we were able to lot drive the car. Interior is fully in tact and nothing major missing. Interior has nice gray leather seats and show very little signs of wear. Pics are worth a thousand words hence overall exterior/interior condition is clearly shown on the pics. Overall, paint shines great and car still shows nice with some minor exterior issues as seen in the pics. We have the salvage certificate of title in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed). Please check with your local DMV for your state's salvage inspection process to retitle such vehicles.
