The truck was originally a diesel engine and my brother purchased it from the original owner in 1981 with low milage. He drove it to college for several years and the engine blew. At that time he had it converted to gasoline 350 cu in. He drove it another year and then stored it in his garage and only used it occasionally. I purchased the truck, from my brother for my son to drive to high school now he shipped off to the Marines and I need to sell the truck. The truck always had a camper shell on it until just recently thats why the bed is so clean, even has the original paint. The camper shell is also available with the truck. The engine, transmission and brakes are great it will drive anywhere. It also has dual gas tanks but one was disconnected buy my son. The glass is good there are 2 small stars in the windshield that have been repaired. Good tires and spare. All the gages work. It has dual exhaust and good quality, quiet factory type mufflers. It has a fairly new ac compressor but all the freon has leaked out and it dosent work but the fan and heater work great. A new battery 3 months ago. It has the heavy duty brakes for the diesel. Its rear wheel drive, not a 4 x 4. The headliner is falling down and held in place by saftey pins. The cassette player plays but the radio does not work. The cruise control dose not work. The drivers side of the bench seat is a little worn and it has a 1 inch hole in it. The truck has been gagaged 90% of its life and no one has smoked in it. It is a great choice for a daily driver or to be restored. I am willing to deliver the truck within 100 miles.
