The factory window sticker totaled $37,256. The truck drives straight, stops straight, everything works and it doesn’t use any fluids. The tires have approximately 75-80% of their tread life remaining. I am selling it for a friend who ordered it brand new. He is nearing retirement and has ordered a new truck and is selling this one. There is nothing wrong with it in any way and I would drive it across the country in a minute. Factory options include Air conditioning, cruise control, keyless remote entry w/alarm, power windows and door locks, tinted glass and the ISRV rear view mirror with compass and thermometer. It has a locking rear differential with a 3.73:1 ratio ring and pinion, heavy duty trailering package, factory front fog lamps, factory camper wiring, engine block heater, factory high capacity air cleaner with a K&N filter element, and the trailering suspension package. The truck comes with two factory remote controls and an extra key. The truck is equipped with a Banks 4 inch stainless steel mandrel-bent “Monster Exhaust” system with a 5” chrome tip. In addition it has the Banks EconoMind® Diesel Tuner with dash mounted six position switch. This set up is advertised to add 100hp/230ft-lbs. In combined city/rural highway driving the truck gets 18mpg, and 19mpg highway. When it was new an old school spray in bed liner was added. This one is thicker and more pliable than the ones currently on the market. It has a Reese hitch system that utilizes rails mounted permanently in the bed and you can swap between a gooseneck and a fifth wheel hitch. A Reese 14,000 pound fifth wheel hitch is included with the truck. It has a Prodigy electric brake controller mounted on the dash that comes with the truck. It has a trailer light receptacle in the bed and the factory one by the trailer hitch below the bumper. About a year ago two sears Gold batteries were installed. For several years the owner delivered motorcycles across the country for a local dealer as a side job on the weekends. The bulk of the mileage on this truck was accumulated hauling 2-4 motorcycles which is nothing for this truck. He also has a fifth wheel camper that he takes on two trips a year. The maintenance history of this truck is well documented and professionally performed with receipts dating back to January 2003 included with the vehicle. The oil was changed religiously every 4,500 to 5,000 miles with GM Delvac 15W40 oil and filter. If the owner was preparing to depart on a trip and the mileage would take the oil beyond 5,000 miles he would change it before leaving. All repairs were performed by Mr. Goodwrench at a GMC dealership using GM parts except the front suspension which used NAPA parts and was performed by a local ASE certified shop. These repairs include: January 2003-Warranty replacement of flywheel-35,xxx miles June 2004-Warrany replacement of all eight injectors-83,xxx miles August 2005-Warranty replacement of fuel filter, replace right rear emergency brake cable, fuel sending unit-123,6xx miles November 2005- $2,999 invoice- replace transfer case with factory GM unit, replace fluid in front and rear differentials, manual transmission with Synthetic fluids at GM dealer. Also flushed power steering system-128,xxx miles December 2006-$953 invoice-replaced water pump and belt, replaced fuel filter, new coolant-155,4xx miles August 2007-$434 invoice-new clutch master cylinder-168,4xxx miles February 2008- $1,381 invoice-new wheel bearings, ball joints, inner tie rods, alignment-175,9xx miles ASE shop May 2008- Warranty replacement of all eight fuel injectors, fuel filter and oil change. January 2010- $2,496 invoice- brand new GM Flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, drive shaft carrier bearing-201,4xx miles. The truck is very clean and shiny, however it has the following cosmetic deficiencies: It has minor door dings and scratches that you would expect from an eight year old truck and you can see them in the pictures. The carpet is slightly soiled. The bottom of both rear doors is starting to rust at the seams and the passenger side rear door has some dents. The front doors show no sign of rusting at all. The tailgate has taken some abuse and is beat up, but it latches properly. The bed rails have some dents but are covered by the bed rails. This no reserve auction is for a 2002 GMC Sierra SLE extended cab, four door, four wheel drive long bed pickup truck equipped with the 6.6 liter Duramax diesel engine and driven by a ZF six speed manual transmission. The factory window sticker totaled $37,256. The truck drives straight, stops straight, everything works and it doesn’t use any fluids. The tires have approximately 75-80% of their tread life remaining. I am selling it for a friend who ordered it brand new. He is nearing retirement and has ordered a new truck and is selling this one. There is nothing wrong with it in any way and I would drive it across the country in a minute. Factory options include Air conditioning, cruise control, keyless remote entry w/alarm, power windows and door locks, tinted glass and the ISRV rear view mirror with compass and thermometer. It has a locking rear differential with a 3.73:1 ratio ring and pinion, heavy duty trailering package, factory front fog lamps, factory camper wiring, engine block heater, factory high capacity air cleaner with a K&N filter element, and the trailering suspension package. The truck comes with two factory remote controls and an extra key.
The truck is equipped with a Banks 4 inch stainless steel mandrel-bent “Monster Exhaust” system with a 5” chrome tip. In addition it has the Banks EconoMind® Diesel Tuner with dash mounted six position switch. This set up is advertised to add 100hp/230ft-lbs. In combined city/rural highway driving the truck gets 18mpg, and 19mpg highway. When it was new an old school spray in bed liner was added. This one is thicker and more pliable than the ones currently on the market. It has a Reese hitch system that utilizes rails mounted permanently in the bed and you can swap between a gooseneck and a fifth wheel hitch. A Reese 14,000 pound fifth wheel hitch is included with the truck. It has a Prodigy electric brake controller mounted on the dash that comes with the truck. It has a trailer light receptacle in the bed and the factory one by the trailer hitch below the bumper. About a year ago two sears Gold batteries were installed.
For several years the owner delivered motorcycles across the country for a local dealer as a side job on the weekends. The bulk of the mileage on this truck was accumulated hauling 2-4 motorcycles which is nothing for this truck. He also has a fifth wheel camper that he takes on two trips a year. The maintenance history of this truck is well documented and professionally performed with receipts dating back to January 2003 included with the vehicle. The oil was changed religiously every 4,500 to 5,000 miles with GM Delvac 15W40 oil and filter. If the owner was preparing to depart on a trip and the mileage would take the oil beyond 5,000 miles he would change it before leaving. All repairs were performed by Mr. Goodwrench at a GMC dealership using GM parts except the front suspension which used NAPA parts and was performed by a local ASE certified shop. June 2004-Warrany replacement of all eight injectors-83,xxx miles
August 2005-Warranty replacement of fuel filter, replace right rear emergency brake cable, fuel sending unit-123,6xx miles
November 2005- $2,999 invoice- replace transfer case with factory GM unit, replace fluid in front and rear differentials, manual transmission with Synthetic fluids at GM dealer. Also flushed power steering system-128,xxx miles
December 2006-$953 invoice-replaced water pump and belt, replaced fuel filter, new coolant-155,4xx miles
August 2007-$434 invoice-new clutch master cylinder-168,4xxx miles
February 2008- $1,381 invoice-new wheel bearings, ball joints, inner tie rods, alignment-175,9xx miles ASE shop
May 2008- Warranty replacement of all eight fuel injectors, fuel filter and oil change.
January 2010- $2,496 invoice- brand new GM Flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, drive shaft carrier bearing-201,4xx miles.
The truck is very clean and shiny, however it has the following cosmetic deficiencies: It has minor door dings and scratches that you would expect from an eight year old truck and you can see them in the pictures. The carpet is slightly soiled. The bottom of both rear doors is starting to rust at the seams and the passenger side rear door has some dents. The front doors show no sign of rusting at all. The tailgate has taken some abuse and is beat up, but it latches properly. The bed rails have some dents but are covered by the bed rails. This truck is ready to drive anywhere; as a matter of fact the engine oil and filter were changed this morning. His new truck could be here any day so please feel free to make an offer on this truck.
