This auction is for a 1993 white Honda Del Sol 5 speed 1.5liter 4 cylinder I purchased this car a little over 2 years ago for $3250 with 120k miles on it and have driven it daily to work, school, and have taken it on 3+ hour trips several times and experienced absolutely zero problems with it in the 28k miles I have put on it. I consistently get 30+ mpg. This is an extremely reliable and rare vehicle. I have changed the oil with synthetic every 3,000 miles. This past August I had a new OEM clutch kit professionally installed. The parts include a new clutch disk, throw out bearing, and Fidanza flywheel (kit= $300 and the Labor was almost $400). Also this winter I installed a new OEM exhaust from the axle back. The last oil change I did I also did a tune up by putting in new plugs wires and an air filter. The timing belt was changed at 98k. This car has no aftermarket parts to “rice it out“, it is completely stock and well taken care of. The tires are about a year old and are Good year Integrity tires with plenty of tread. There are a few rust spots starting to form as pictured but aren’t bad especially given the cars age. Currently there is not a cd player or radio installed but I will include a JVC cd player with the vehicle. I would keep this Honda but I am in need of a car with more than 2 seats. The few things I would recommend for the vehicle are new rear shocks, new front brakes, an alignment/tire balance and a new “air control knob.” Like I mentioned before this car is extremely reliable and a great daily driver but these few things would make it run top notch. When I purchased the car it had a Salvage Rebuilt title but before buying it I took it to my shop and had it checked by my mechanic. I had no issues in registering it and insuring it ( if you have any questions about this please email me). The car is registered until 2012 and the inspection is good until the end of June 2010. There is a slight cut in that tire from the same debris but is not deep enough to warrant a tire change, It is something small but I thought I would mention it. I would post a picture of it tomorrow.
