I'm proud to offer a rare 1964 Pontiac Lemans Sport Coupe . Truly a rare and beautiful Ca Fremont plant built car which has enjoyed it's whole life in sunny California . Low mileage car which I can say I've bought twice I liked it so much . First time I bought car was from second owner which owned a body shop in Gilroy Ca . Told me bought from little old lady around the corner . Car was repainted ( close to original color ) in I believe to be base / clear coat . I had interior completely renewed in mild custom style but keeping close to original patterns . I sold to a friend whom is a mechanic and he rebuilt the motor , put in new clutch , installed RPM tachometer in original dash location , had steering wheel restored and installed quick ratio steering box plus power steering pump which I had bought but never installed . Transmission was originally a 3 speed on the floor but is now a Muchie 4 Speed with Hurst shift . Okay lets talk about paint job . It was a high end job but was some time ago so has minor chips , scratches , couple very small door dings etc . From 10 feet away still looks like a complete show car . You can show and still be proud of it as you can see in pictures . All chrome , pot metal , glass etc is original in very good condition other than front windshield was replaced when painted . Interior still looks fresh and when I bought it back installed 67 GTO deluxe retractable seat belts and a stainless steel dash insert . Interior looks a little purple but it's just the flash it's all black . There's a Restored Buick 64-65 Ironing Board Center Console in pictures but doesn't come with car . I know most Pontiac guys would take it out right away . I installed a Alpine Cd Player with detachable face in dash with Alpine 6 X 9's in package trey sunk in . Also when I bought it back added a 12 " sub and amp plus had all windows tinted using 99.9 % UV 3M tint . Has Flowmaster exhaust system . 17 " American racing wheels but auction is with 14 " Bfgoodrich tires on stock steel wheels and clean Pontiac hubcaps ( Wheels can be added for $ 800 if wanted after auction ) . BUY IT NOW PRICE INCLUDES 17 " AMERICANS BUT AUCTION / RESERVE IS WITHOUT . Reason for this is I had a lot of people wanting it without wheels . Was lowered I believe 1.5 to 2 " if I remember correctly . Car get 25 mpg and runs on cheapest gas you can find . No rattles , pings or smoke from motor just a all around great car .
