Looking for a solid, reliable used vehicle? Then the Honda Civic is a good bet. This car has been an absolute rock - never any major mechanical/electrical problems. I had a remote door lock system and automatic windows installed right after buying the car and have loved having it (way better than hand cranked windows and using a key to get in. Note: I didn't get the trunk set up to work with the remote.). The car does have more than its fair share of dings, scratches (especially on the rear bumper and front bumpers) and the interior has minor fading and some wear (especially on the driver side floor mat in one spot), though nothing too bad for a car that's been driven for just under 90,000 miles. There's a spare wheel in the trunk but the tire is flat and either needs to be replaced or repaired, if possible. And the battery has recently (last 6 months or so) been replaced. I would recommend having the brakes checked, as one side has an ocassional, slight squeak you can hear if the windows are open. As an added bonus, I will have the oil professionally changed just before I sell the car so you won't have to do it for another 3-5k miles. If you live in CA, I'll pay for the smog check prior to transfer of the vehicle. And if you need to have the car delivered, you can figure out the best transporter for your needs and I'll work with them. There is no reserve. The winning bidder will need to deposit $500 via PayPal within 48 hours of the close of the auction with the balance to be paid by cashier's check or money order when picking up/having the transporter pick up the vehicle - which must be done within 7 days of the close of auction.
