Here is a beautiful 2004 Mazda RX8 Grand Touring Coupe. Combine the 250 hp rotary engine with the six speed transmission and you have a power speed combination unlike any other car. The tachometer spins up to 9,000 rpm without hesitation. Outside the body is near perfect; I waxed the car twice a year and it has no door dings anywhere because I was always very careful about where I parked. There are two small 1/32" to 1/16" chips on the nose cone from rocks, that's it. Four 245/40/ZR18 Falken tires with approximately 5,000 miles on them wrap the factory 18" rims. Electronic Stability Control keeps the rubber side down. If you desire sportier handling, the ESC can be turned off from inside the cockpit. The RX8 is a light vehicle and it's Rotary engine has much less mass than other engines while sitting just in front of the firewall. Combine the near perfect front to rear weight distribution with the rear wheel drive and this car sticks to curves fantastically! The RX8 presses itself down into the turns, unlike front wheel drive cars that are pulled through the turns. It is something to be experienced! Top speed for this yellow rocket is an electronically limited 125 mph at 6,200 rpm. I did not find it necessary to disable the limiter as that was fast enough for me, but if my math is correct top speed would be 160+ mph. Inside this four door beauty are heated leather seats, Bose stereo with six speakers, auto sound leveling, power lumbar seat adjustments, sunroof, interior/exterior temperature indicator, air conditioning, cruise control, stereo controls on the steering wheel, auto dimming mirror and more. This car has been meticulously maintained by myself, keeping it cleaned, serviced and dent free. This truly is a car for all sports car enthusiasts . I am selling the car because it no longer fits my lifestyle. I got married and started my own business for which I need to buy company vehicles.
