This is a very well maintained bike, I absolutely love it ! But the 16 month old is forcing me to be more responsible and unfortunately sell it. I have always had the maintenance done each year before season and it has only been down some gravel fire roads. The bike has brand new tires, never ridden on and after mrkt fog lights,It also has a brand new battery, and when I first purchased it I bought a Hepco and Becker aluminum luggage system for it ($800.00). The bike has right around 7700 miles on it ,wich is extremely low for this year bike and it runs perfect!!!! The previous owner put some scratches on it around the front plastic and the brake reservoir but nothing too noticeable. It does have a left leaky front fork, wich puzzles me because I had them both rebuilt about a year and a half ago, so that could be fixed , it dosn't effect the way it rides by any means, but it is kinda drippy. The bike also has heated grips that work great! a real plus, and it also has ABS. This bike isn't perfect but it is very nice and runs awesome, it could take you to the southern most tip of the baja or just head out on some trails close to home!! please look closely I'm trying to be very upfront about the condition of this bike. There is a lot a person could add to it or just have a great touring bike the way it is, that will take you anywhere with low miles! I'm looking for an early 50's car that is in drivable condition to trade for this bike I'm not looking for anything perfect , but I can't have something sitting in my garage not drivable either , Please use discretion when offering any trades, I've been looking at a lot of cars and I know I can get a running semi- decent car in that era for around the same amount . long story short I know what I'm looking for .
