You are bidding on a 1991 Honda Civic 3 door hatchback . Tires are in good condition and were recently rotated and balanced along with a full size spare in the trunk. Just had an oil change at 114,000 and a tune up at 100,000: new spark plugs & wires, new air filter, new fuel filter, distributor cap & rotor and new valve cover gasket. Front passenger side strut is brand new as well. The brakes and rotors (disc in front and drum in rear) were just inspected and still have a lot of life left on them. This car spent most of its life in Tennessee and was brought to the Chicago area about 4 years ago from what I understand, which is evidenced by the lack of rust in the undercarriage. The aftermarket stereo that is installed never worked when I bought it and I never replaced it because this was just a to and from work vehicle for me.It is very reliable and in great mechanical condition. The interior was just detailed and new floor mats were put in. All original floor mats are still included however. There are some areas on the body that are damaged, as shown in the photos, but for a 20+ year old vehicle located in the Midwest it is in pretty good shape. Some rust and dents here and there. The previous owner had a minor fender bender and there is a dent on the passenger side and the pin for the hood was affected by it. Should be an easy fix. I've driven this car for 2 years and never had a problem with the hood latching or opening so I never felt it necessary to fix. This is a great everyday commuting vehicle and has excellent gas mileage. It handles surprisingly well in the snow because the weight is evenly distributed.
