1937 Plymouth Coupe: This has been a project for several years and approximately 3 1/2 years ago I changed careers and have not had time to work on this or my other projects so after a lot of thought I reluctantly have decided to sell it. A lot of work has been done on this coupe, it has a 5.0 small block Chevrolet engine (stock) and a turbo 400 transmission with a ford rear end. It has a mustang II front suspension with all new brakes, bushings and bearings. The Mustang II cross member was purchased from Morrison Garages and it has a very nice rake to it. The car has a Painless wiring harness and Super Cooler A/C system already installed behind the dash, it is a completely electronic version. The hot water valve as well as all activators are electric. The car has a power rack and comes with a remote tank power steering system, complete with exception of hoses. New electric windshield wiper system with motor remotely hidden beneath dash, all dash gauges wired as well as heater and A/C system using the original switch panel. Doors have been suicided and power window and remote power door solenoids have been installed in the drivers door, all parts including remote keyless switches are included to finish passenger side. Car comes with all fenders in good shape as well as two sets of bumpers, one stock set with a good front bumper and a rear that needs reconditioning as well as a custom built stainless set that is really sharp. Car starts and runs but has no exhaust past the headers, It has been sitting for over three years and the gas is a little old but it runs good. Battery has been moved to the area behind the rear interior panel and has a kill switch that will be able to be operated from inside the car once the interior is finished. Many parts come with this car, please look at all the pictures. A lot of the parts have been reconditioned or rechromed and there also is a new headliner still in the box as well as most of the weatherstripping and grommets. The firewall has been covered with stainless and the power booster is chrome and a chrome master cylinder and alternator comes with this car. All glass is good and the windshield still cranks out for ventilation. New door glass will have to be cut because the original glass has the vent windows. Car will come with all parts that I have and it should be at least 95% complete if not closer to 100%. It also has a spare grille and all garnish mouldings for the windows. Some of the body work has been roughed in and will need finishing before painting , if your not sure what this means, ask someone before bidding. I want who ever gets this car to be happy with their purchase.I'm probly forgetting some of the things so just look at all the pictures and please feel free to ask any questions. I really prefer to sell this outright but will consider trades as long as I can sell it or drive it, if I had time for a project I'd never sell this one. The reserve is set low and I really won't revell it. It is set at what a friend has offered for the car, he really doesn't have time for another project either but he knows he can make money on it at his price. So if it doesn't reach the reserve he'll be the proud owner!
