This auction is for my 2001 Ford Excursion Limited "BONE COLLECTOR" with the legendary 7.3L powerstroke diesel engine with automatic transmission. I purchased the vehicle over a year ago as a stock unit and spent many thousands of dollars converting it into the machine you see for sale. I first started by having a BDS 6 inch suspension lift professionally installed by Hoak's 4wheel drive center (Wrightsville, Pa.) And also had them install 37x12.50 B.F.Goodrich all season radials on black American racing ATX Artillery wheels. I then made a trip to Zimmey's Diesel performance (Lebanon, Pa.) and had them install a new turbo back 4 inch custom exhaust with stainless tip. An AFE cold air intake and a TS Performance 6 postion tuner. All performance mods were done to achive better fuel economy. Then the rig was taken to Auto Graphics (Manheim, Pa.) and had all the camo accents done in 3M vinyl. The last item i addressed was just 1 month ago when i went to the local auto carpet installer and had them do a complete new vinyl floor over original carpet at a cost of $500.This was done to preserve the carpet and protect it form excessive mud during hunting season. It can easily be removed if the new owner prefers to have the carpeting exposed.The end result of this excursion conversion turned out better then i had imagined. This is the ULTIMATE hunting rig and is a real head turner ! If you want a very unique one of a kind SUV then you have just found what you are looking for. It is in EXCELLENT condition and is my daily driver. With the mods i have averaged 22 MPG highway. Also comes with complete front to rear Mossy Oak floor mats, and a Key fob.
