The bus looks, runs, and drives amazing! This California bus was recently restored and has less than 500 miles on it since completion. It has over $20k invested in it. The bus has no rust, or rust repair. The body, chassis, and frame are 100% solid and rust free since new.Mechanically the bus is A++. The 1600 bone stock rebuilt engine sounds great and runs extremely well. The acceleration is superb. There are of course no leaks, and no issues. The clutch feels great, and shifting through all the gears is as smooth as butter. The entire drivetrain is extremely tight. The brakes, steering, and suspension are all in tip top shape. The bus is truly a pleasure to drive. This is the first year of power disc brakes, and this is the best year to own a bus. They are very simple to work on and parts are inexpensive and readily available. The bus was professionally repainted (2 stage paint) in it's original two tone elm green-color code(L 60 D) and pastel white-color code (09) and L 90 D (06). The finish is gorgeous and shines like new. The bus has a ton of new parts. -new headlight rings -new handles -new hubcaps (5) -new rear hatch latch/and gasket -new driver and passenger mirrors -new antenna -New front and rear window rubber -New wipers and blades -New weatherstipping all the way around -New turn signals -New side marker lenses (front and rear) -New tailights w/gaskets (entire assembly's) -New glass reverse lamps, and housing with gaskets. -New front and rear rubber bumper guards -New driver and passenger rubber step guards -New roof rack -New custon made double sided curtains -New mattress pad. -New stereo system/mp3 player All of the trim looks amazing and was professinally polished to a mirror shine.It has been registered to both it's front and rear original California "blue and yellow" license plates since new.
