As most of our followers and past customers know, we've made it our policy to list all known damage to the best of our ability. We are imperfect humans and sometimes miss hidden and unknown damage. We are interested in major damage that could ruin your day not silly cosmetic damage such as tiny scratches, dings, imperfections...you get the picture. Although, we try our best to list even the silly things. There is no guarantee that we've assessed all of the damage due to the fact that we rarely have these vehicles checked on a frame rack and we haven't disassembled the sheet metal/fiberglass to find all damage that may be hidden. ***WE RECOMMEND INDEPENDENT INSPECTIONS*** If you are unable to inspect our vehicles, please hire an independent inspector to be your eyes for you. They usually charge a nominal fee to inspect the vehicle and I'm sure it depends on how far away they are from us. Just do an internet search to find inspectors or repair shops near our zip code. Here is a partial list of towns that are near our location in the state of Missouri where you may find repair shops that may do inspections: Washington, Warrenton, Lake Saint Louis, Treloar, Union, Wright City. THEREFORE, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TYPE OF WATER A VEHICLE WAS IN OR HOW HIGH THE WATER REACHED ON THE VEHICLE. FURTHERMORE, EVEN WITH FLOOD VEHICLES THAT HAVE POWER TO THE IGNITION, (WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ATTEMPT TO START ENGINES)! THIS IS AN INDUSTRY STANDARD LEFT TO THE END BUYER SO AS NOT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO A GOOD ENGINE THAT MAY ONLY HAVE WATER IN THE OIL PAN.THE FLOOD VEHICLE IS MEANT FOR THE CUSTOMER WHO DOESN'T LIKE TO DEAL WITH BODY/FRAME REPAIRABLES. THIS TYPE OF REPAIRABLE USUALLY DEALS WITH ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL REPAIRS TO BE ROAD WORTHY AGAIN, CAN BE PARTED OUT FOR $$$THOUSANDS$$$, OR TURNED INTO A RACE CAR. POSITIVE FACTORS: What you see in the pictures is the way we received the vehicle. The vehicle is straight and there is very little body damage. The body damage that does exist is easily repairable and there is no need to replace any of the two small panels that do have damage. Almost every power accessory is function as well as the dash and odometer. If the odometer is reading then the majority of the time this means that the ECM is functioning. The top's electronic release is fully functional and folds down normally. The exterior lights all work as well as the interior lights. The throttle valve motor engages when the key is turned to on. The power windows, locks, mirrors all function. The dash and odometer all light and all dummy lights and read out monitor work. The steering wheel controls all light up. The traction control engages and disengages. The headlights, signals, and taillights all function normally. The only items that don't have power are the stereo and the wipers. The vehicle rolls, steers, stops, and the shifter shifts normally. Most modern vehicles are pretty water tight except for the air intake area on the engine. The tires and wheels as well as all of the glass is perfect. The interior is in awesome condition with the leather and trim being in great condition. There are no problems with the convertible top or the material. This vehicle is loaded with tons of options. Please take a look at the option list below. There is no known suspension damage. What we normally do when repairing our own flood project vehicle where the engine is in question is this. First start removing logical moving parts such as the turbo charger, intake manifold, cylinder heads to inspect what if any damage is there and what route you want to go to repair. Most of the time we can take the engine to machine shops that have $100k power jet hot tanks that will remove most condensation damage. Then we purchase a overhaul kit which usually includes piston rings, new bearing, gaskets, etc. Sometimes we purchase a rebuilt long block with no accessories attached. You just have to weigh time and cost. As most of our followers and past customers know, we've made it our policy to list all known damage to the best of our ability. We are imperfect humans and sometimes miss hidden and unknown damage. We are interested in major damage that could ruin your day not silly cosmetic damage such as tiny scratches, dings, imperfections...you get the picture. Although, we try our best to list even the silly things. There is no guarantee that we've assessed all of the damage due to the fact that we rarely have these vehicles checked on a frame rack and we haven't disassembled the sheet metal/fiberglass to find all damage that may be hidden.
***WE RECOMMEND INDEPENDENT INSPECTIONS*** If you are unable to inspect our vehicles, please hire an independent inspector to be your eyes for you. They usually charge a nominal fee to inspect the vehicle and I'm sure it depends on how far away they are from us. Just do an internet search to find inspectors or repair shops near our zip code. Here is a partial list of towns that are near our location in the state of Missouri where you may find repair shops that may do inspections: Washington, Warrenton, Lake Saint Louis, Treloar, Union, Wright City. THEREFORE, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TYPE OF WATER A VEHICLE WAS IN OR HOW HIGH THE WATER REACHED ON THE VEHICLE. FURTHERMORE, EVEN WITH FLOOD VEHICLES THAT HAVE POWER TO THE IGNITION, (WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ATTEMPT TO START ENGINES)! THIS IS AN INDUSTRY STANDARD LEFT TO THE END BUYER SO AS NOT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO A GOOD ENGINE THAT MAY ONLY HAVE WATER IN THE OIL PAN.
THE FLOOD VEHICLE IS MEANT FOR THE CUSTOMER WHO DOESN'T LIKE TO DEAL WITH BODY/FRAME REPAIRABLES. THIS TYPE OF REPAIRABLE USUALLY DEALS WITH ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL REPAIRS TO BE ROAD WORTHY AGAIN, CAN BE PARTED OUT FOR $$$THOUSANDS$$$, OR TURNED INTO A RACE CAR.
POSITIVE FACTORS: What you see in the pictures is the way we received the vehicle. The vehicle is straight and there is very little body damage. The body damage that does exist is easily repairable and there is no need to replace any of the two small panels that do have damage. Almost every power accessory is function as well as the dash and odometer. If the odometer is reading then the majority of the time this means that the ECM is functioning. The top's electronic release is fully functional and folds down normally. The exterior lights all work as well as the interior lights. The throttle valve motor engages when the key is turned to on. The power windows, locks, mirrors all function. The dash and odometer all light and all dummy lights and read out monitor work. The steering wheel controls all light up. The traction control engages and disengages. The headlights, signals, and taillights all function normally. The only items that don't have power are the stereo and the wipers. The vehicle rolls, steers, stops, and the shifter shifts normally. Most modern vehicles are pretty water tight except for the air intake area on the engine. The tires and wheels as well as all of the glass is perfect. The interior is in awesome condition with the leather and trim being in great condition. There are no problems with the convertible top or the material. This vehicle is loaded with tons of options. Please take a look at the option list below. There is no known suspension damage. What we normally do when repairing our own flood project vehicle where the engine is in question is this. First start removing logical moving parts such as the turbo charger, intake manifold, cylinder heads to inspect what if any damage is there and what route you want to go to repair. Most of the time we can take the engine to machine shops that have $100k power jet hot tanks that will remove most condensation damage. Then we purchase a overhaul kit which usually includes piston rings, new bearing, gaskets, etc. Sometimes we purchase a rebuilt long block with no accessories attached. You just have to weigh time and cost. This is truly a do it yourself mechanic's special and someone is going to get an awesome deal with this repairable.

Shipping or pick up: Pick up of a unit is welcomed with a 24 hour prior notice. Please note that funds must clear before making arrangements for pick up. If you chose to ship your vehicle, understand it is the buyer's responsibility to make arrangements. However, we would be happy to assist you in this if you choose. We are part of a nation wide search engine of quality, insured shippers. But KING'S HAULING is our preferred FREIGHT handler for a variety of reasons. Call for a quote if you are interested in using our services. Finally, some units will have to be loaded via flat bed at an additional cost of $52. This is to protect your new investment from any further damage and is a requirement on some, but not all, units. We will advise you before you complete payment if this is a necessity for your unit.
Storage: Units left on our property for more than 10 days will acquire $20/day storage charges. We have a limited amount of space and must remove items in a timely manner. Negative feedback left by a customer due to storage charges will be overturned by Ebay since we announced this in the auction. We are not responsible for any type of damage to property left at our location after the auction is over.
