This is probably gonna be the cleanest 20 year old Honda you will find on eBay. The interior was completed redone; new carpet, new leather, new speakers, redone door panels and trunk lid. When i bought this care 2 summers ago, the carpet was tan and destroyed, the leather was also tan and all ripped. I have replaced it with black leather, black carpet and black inserts on all the interior panels. I recarpeted the rear trunk lid black, replaced the seat belts to be black and painted numerous interior trim black. The dash is immaculate and everything works. I had the heat and ac blower replaced, the ac just needs to be charged. As with most older Accord, the door lock modules were bad and replaced, the power windows work and moon roof motor is just as fast today and back 20 years ago. I added the optional factory armrest that this vehicle was no built with. I replaced the factory speakers in the rear and changed to door speakers to include separate tweeters, I also added a 7" Double Din DVD/Navigation unit. The car is equipped with an alarm and remote starter and has tinted windows. The exhaust was just changed in August, i added stainless headers and downpipe and a cat back steel exhaust. This car has no catalytic converter on a straight pipe to increase airflow, with a 20 year old car in MA, it doesnt need to pass emissions for inspection stickers. Since changing the downpipe, the CO2 sensor is now in a different location and sometimes the check engine light comes on because of the different readings. I replaced the complete front suspension(upper and lower a arms, ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rods and cv axles) and also new rotors and pads. I would suggest new tires and thats it. I have let my wife drive the car her 1 hour commute to work and its very reliable. It does 90 on the highway without an issue or shaking. I purchased this car as a commuter car and since gas prices have gone down and working from home, i can drive my SUV and dont need a second vehicle. I have only put 3000 miles since redoing the whole interior in the summer of 08. All the parts have under 3000 miles, they are like brand new, just check out the interior pics. The only think that needs to be done is a timing belt change. The title is marked True Mileage Unknown because a previous owner reported more miles than the speedometer at time of registration in error and when i registered it i told them the miles on the odometer. Driving this car makes me think it doesnt matter how many miles as i have replaced key mechanical parts and its runs and drives perfectly. 5% of the sales price will be donated to the Susan G.
