The truck is a sound daily driver as is but it does need tires and the DS front locker has some play in it but still shifts into 4h/4l just fine. Very clean for an 89. Tags are good til 12/10, needs inspection but it will pass it just needs tires. A little tinkering and you could have a sweet trail rig, it already goes anywhere. Or keep it as is and just DD it. Its not mint but it is very good, no big dents or rust, just some dings here and there. I have driven the truck over 1k miles in the last week and a half without any problems, including a 318 mile trip to Dallas and another 266 mile trip to Austin. It gets about 24 mpg and with the larger throttle body will do 95 easy. This is the model with 4.777 rear end gears and came from the factory with 31x9.50x15 tires. Other features: Stereo head unit with GPS, touchscreen, DVD, wma/mp3 etc., usb, remote and a bunch of other features, 2 mos old 750 watt inverter installed under passenger side dash, has usb power port for charging an Ipod or similar device also 2 mos old Chrome, wide offset wheels, nothing fancy but they clear 31x10.50's with minimal rub at full lock 105 amp alternator 2 mos old also 2 mo. old brake pads, New air, oil, and fuel filters. It also has a fresh tune up from the rotor all the way to the plugs Spare cap, rotor, and oil filter I had under the passenger seat, all new. I also put a throttle body off a small block 350 on a year and a half ago, this gives the anemic v6 engine a lot more kick and surprisingly it does better fuel wise now. I did keep the stock size injectors so its just breathing easier these days. I will also include the stock throttle body if you want it. Takes about 15 minutes to swap them. This vehicle is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction without notice. 5 spoke wheels on it are not included they are on loan from a friend to see how big a tire the stock suspension will clear w/o rubbing. These need a little offset but clear height wise perfectly. Tires are 265/75/16, another friends AR Baja's fit with 31/10.50/15's but they rub a little when you hit full lock, same offset as the chrome rims included with truck. On May-15-10 at 08:13:20 PDT, seller added the following information: Hey just an update on the A/C. I was talking with a mechanic friend of mine and he said that the A/C will need to be evacuated and recharged. There is to much oil in the system for it to cool properly. It is holding a charge but it should get much colder than it is.
