Painstaking time, effort, energy, and money, coupled with ambition and a drive for quality make this truck a "one of a kind" It has a unique and awesome look as well as great performance and drivability. Using Old school looks and lines, combined with some modern technology and techniques, gives this truck a head turning look, stance, and sound. Body modifications and suspension were created and installed by a PPG Master Certified technician. The Drivetrain was installed by one of the best in the area. Quality and long lasting workmanship was my #1 goal when I built this truck. I have owned the truck for 12 years. Bodywork and Paint was done in 2007. and the new drivetrain in 2008. The engine has apx. 3,800 miles on it and transmission has apx. 8,000. This has been garaged all its life other than the past year. I have a stack of new parts and receipts over 2" thick and total more than $13,500 with no labor included!!!!! (countless hours) This truck has been a lot of fun. I took great pride in building the truck and hate to see it go. A recent divorce and bankruptcy has forced me to sell it at a more than reasonable price for a quick sale . I have had recent offers of $6700 but did not sell because I didn't have to sell at that time. My loss is your gain. The Engine It is out of of a 1979 Corvette L-82 350ci 5.7L. Highest performance of that year. The block has been bored .30 over. Stock flat-top pistons. Original 194 heads with newer technology seals and keepers. Thumper comp Camshaft. Matching Edelbrock Aluminum intake and carburator. Air Conditioning with all new components. Electric Fans activate with AC on. Engine has restored nostalgic aluminum factory Corvette Valve Covers with Corvette lettering. New Starter, Upgraded Alternator for Stereo System. Custom Built Radiator. The Transmission It is a Rebuilt 700 R4 with a Solid shifting kit. New balanced driveshaft, rear end out of a 87 Monte Carlo. Suspension consists of bell-tech 2" drop spindles 2" springs all new ball joints, bushings, steering box, lowering shocks, new wheel bearings, oversized rotors, ceramic brake pads, rear brakes and bearings/seals all replaced. 4" lowering leaf springs 1" blocks. All suspension components painted white and orange. Rear brake have been completely replaced down to the springs and brake cylinders. Exhaust consists of 2" all aluminum pipe with Flowmaster Exhaust. Interior is all stock and in good condition other than the drivers seat has tears. Sunpro tachometer, oil pressure gauge, volt meter, and oil pressure gauge give a custom touch to the stock interior. Stereo system consists of a Pioneer Supertuner CD/MP3 Player. Boston Acoustics components and crossover network. 2 4" midrange, 2 5 1/4" midrange, 2 6" midrange, 6 tweeters, 2 Lanzar Pro digital volt readout. All powered by a Optimus Amp. All wiring is power acoustic 2 ga. made to handle up to 2,000 watts of power. RCA cables are Phoenix Gold. Body Modifications consist of: Antenna Frenched in right rear quarter, Steel Cowl Hood, Custom Fabricated "Phantom" Billet grille, Billet Front Bumper, "Invisible" Frenched Headlights, Shaved Body lines, Shaved Rear Windows, Shaved Mirrors with Harley Davidson post mirrors, Shaved Luggage Rack, Shaved Rear Bumper, Frenched Stainless Steel Billet Double Exhaust Tips out each Quarter panel, Iron cross billet front grille emblem, custom fabricated billet iron cross on Tailgate (one turn opens rear glass/two turns opens gate), Shaved door handles with custom flush handles frenched, Fabricated flared quarters and flared front fenders, shaved Fuel Door, Shaved Tail lights, custom Cadillac tail lights, every part of the body of this truck is customized. * I am selling this car for a friend.
