89 chevy 3500 2wd dually. The body on this truck is amazing for the age. there are a few scratches and one little ding on the back of the bed (in pic) but other than that this is a beautiful older truck. It originally had a 4 speed 700r4 in it but has been switched to the turbo 400 (which also came standard this year vehicle) because this was primarily a hauling and towing truck. The bad part of the vehicle is recently it has started to miss and backfire it still runs and drives (barely) but has no power at all and has a bad miss and backfire through the throttle body. I've been told timing and tune up, but ive replaced cap rotor and wires in the last few months and also tried to reset the timing but it still has a miss. May have something wrong with the motor internally, a used motor on here will cost around 800-1000 but youd have a pretty sweet truck. The only reason im not fixing is ive moved up to a cdl and frieghtliner and have no need for the 1 ton now. truck has the 454 tb motor 400 turbo trans(which shifts great was replaced last year) power windows power locks cruise 60/40 spit bench, bedliner gooseneck hole cut in back and 5th wheel 7 pin light hookup in bed, plus it has a reese hitch with 7 pin wiring below the bumper as well. Just put 4 new tires on the back (bout middle of winter) and the fronts are good shape. has heavy ware on the drivers seat but the rest of the interiors really nice, not perfect it is 21 years old, but really nice all the same. I will only accept cash in person for transaction. I do not require a deposit but i would appreciate being contacted at the end of the auction by the winner so we can work out arrangements.
