This is a re list , the bike did not sell , I have lowered the reserve ! This is a very beautifull R 1200 C in the most desirable colore combinations, Creame colore with Blue leather Corbin seat and matching saddle bags. This bike has never seen the rain and has been well cared for. Tires are good , battery is fine , Leather Corbin seat and matching saddle bag in perfect shape. I am the second owner , I bought this from a stock broker in Chicago in 1999 with 980 miles on it and brought it to Texas, It has been here since. When I applied for the Texas title, an clercal error was made - they have put the millage at 9800 - extra 0 . I didnt comlain and have left it like that . So now that the bike has only 6922 miles on it - it showes less than that on the title. I guarantee that the odometer is original . Just a little discrepency. There are a couple of marks on the right side of the tank, difficult to see in the picture or even in person That was caused by a few drop of brake fluid that I have droped on the tank and kicked myself for not being more carefull , when I was adding some fluid. I took the water hose and rainsed it immidiately - it has reduced the damage , but left some mark to remind me - how sloppy I was ! No peeling or chipping , just minore discoloration about 1/4 inch wide and 2 to 3 inches long . Not too bad , but I just wanted to mention it. There are some little pitting in the front wheel ? dont know why ? and a crack in a plastic covering of the electrial wire that goes to the instruments . Other than those the bike is very beautifull and the paint shines and the leather in wonderful condition. I am down sizing from 18 bikes and this one is on the list to go .
