1983 Honda CX650T, 13 original miles. This bike has been in heated storage. Bike is completely original. It was donated to a local high school from Honda USA for an engine class that never was created. Please look closely at the photos. Factory Shop Manual is included in this auction. There various dings and scratches. The ignition is missing, glove box cover is missing. Front fender is cracked.Smudge on windshield.Left mirror has a faded area. Both mirrors backsides are slightly pitted. Some of the rubber parts are slightly dry rotted (fuel lines)There is a sticker on the gas tank that needs to be removed. I don't have a battery that fit so I used jumper cables to check out the electrics. All lights are working condition. I overrode the solenoid switch to make sure the engine turned over. I did not start this bike because I did not want to jury rig the ignition or harm the bike after sitting with old oil and filters. The tool case is original and intact.This bike is very good to excellent condition.Bike will need an ignition switch and battery.Needs a new air cleaner element, the old one was brittle and fell apart when I took it out.I had to have a key made to open the tank, condition of the inside of the tank is very good to excellent.All I really did was clean the bike up and checked the electrics. Bike is auctioned AS IS. No refunds or returns.
