Well, here it is again, Up for auction is a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with a cummins turbo diesel engine. I am going to sign the title over this time, but it is an Ohio title. I don't know if it makes a difference or not. This truck has 205,221 miles on it. I am selling this vehicle as a parts truck or for offroad use only. It "bump steers" very badly driving down the road. I had it alligned four different times, and replaced ALL the front end components to no avail. The engine runs very strong, it holds 40 pounds of oil pressure at a warm idle, but the lift pump is out of it. I have a small electric pump on it right now. It also has a 300 hp BD Diesel throttle plate in the injection pump, and a boost elbow on the turbo. I haven't run it on the road in three years, but I start it and let it run once a month, but the batteries have gotten weak enough now that they won't start it on their own. The transmission is a fresh 47re automatic with extra clutches, heavy duty bands, and an ATS Five Star torque converter in it. The four wheel drive works fine, but I never got the front driveshaft put back in it. The lift pump went out when I got the transmission back in, and so I was fed up with it. Body wise, it is average for its age. It has some rust around the front fenders, and the bottoms of the doors. It is de-lamming on the hood and the top of the cab, but the bed is pretty clean. Inside it has a three gauge pillar with EGT, boost, and trans temp, along with an aftermarket CD player. Overall this is a REALLY good running truck that would make someone a great toy. The buyer will recieve the title and a bill of sale upon pickup. This auction is for local pickup only, and I will accept cash, money order, or cashiers check as payment. I also want a $2000 deposit within 48 hours of auction close. Vehicle should be picked up within 14 days of auction close, and the buyer will need to have a way to haul the vehicle.
