This truck super nice and clean truck.it is mostly all original.It was a donation to help a high school band to raise money for recording time the band is called blackout.This is a Arizona truck and has never been in a serious accident the photos will show a dent in the driver's side front fender and the part of the rubber bumper guard missing on the back and the scratch's on the left rear fender.The truck has been checked out by auto express and the only thing they said that some of the rubber hoses was soft This is a 1984 Silverado 30 series Frede edition heavy duty one ton 3x3With a 454 v8 and a th400 auto transmission.It We are starting the bidding at 1500.00 and there is a 500.00 nonrefundable deposit with in three days of close of auction.This truck is every thing we say it is but it will be sold as is where is. Who ever is the high bidder of this truck will also receive a free blackout band T shirt. Thank all of you for the support for these kids.. It is super heavy duty equipped for hauling heavy loads.It is a two wheel drive What i know is wrong with the truck, The temperature gauge most of the time works i have been told it is the sending unit losing connection. The air conditioner clutch is not in working order the compressor is a good and working condition the air may have to be recharged with the replacement of the clutch. The side tanks are hooked up but is just running off of the 60 gallon spare take.the change over switch is not working and the Gage on the spare tanks and side tanks will work if the ground is better on the spare tank. This is a small leak in the power steering hose it may just need to be tighten down. the small lights on the tail gate has a broken wire I think that is all they worked just a short time ago. I have not had the rear brakes check in a while they may need them replaced i am not sure. Every thing that works all light ,windows cruise control,wipers windshield washers,I can not think of any thing else that does not work The engine was a crate engine 454and installed about 8000 miles ago with a rebuilt 400 transmission. the tires have about 1500 miles on them only one has ever been repaired It had new ball joints and front end repaired about 15000 miles ago. this engine uses about a half quart or a little more about every 5-6000 miles the oil has been changed about 45000 miles ago it uses 30w the windshield was replaced on the 24th. of March of 2010 it is tinted the carb was new with the engine change out. The heater fan motor was replace in Dec.of 2010 the alternator was replaced in in sept .2009 it is a 85amp. All of the shocks are recent I have not noticed any leaks other than the one in the power steering The radio knob is broken the dash has a crack in it. the tires are like new This is all I know about this this truck for it's age has been maintained and has not been abused.And has effort to keep in in original and good working order the is a shelf compartment behind the rear seat for storage It is hooked up for fifth wheel, goose neck, and bumper hitch. this truck is ready to drive home and go to work I have told you all i know you are welcome to come drive it orm have it checked out Please feel free to email me with any questions the kids are trying to raise 3000.00 dollars and only bid on this truck if you have the money.
