Hello. You are bidding on a 1959 FORD FAIRLANE 500. The power plant has been upgraded to a 351 V-8 engine and the Automatic Transmission shifter has been moved to the floor. This clean, FAIRLANE drives and handles very well. There is no hesitation from the engine under power and when the brakes are applied firmly, the car stops in a straight line. There are no fluids leaking from either the engine or transmission. The car is finished in a two tone White/Blue that shows in really good condition. All of the external lenses, chrome moldings and glass surfaces are present and intact without any cracks, pits or broken pieces with the exemption of the left rear quarter glass that shows a minor crack and the front windshield shows a small star shaped crack(see photos). The entire undercarriage is rust free(see photos). The lighting and electrical systems are in proper working order. The passenger cabin is in good condition. The seating surfaces as well the carpets and headliner are in good shape. The odometer currently reads 82.221 miles but due to the age of the vehicle and a 5 digit odometer Rpm Lenders is unable to verify the reading as actual or correct. The California title for this 1959 FAIRLANE has been branded as Salvaged. The reason or the event that caused the issuance of a Salvaged title are unknown to Rpm Lenders. Both door locks are inoperable and will need to be replaced. All of this is riding on a set of P205/70R15 tires with 60% of their tread remaining.
