1997 Saturn SL1 4-cylinder 1.9 engine Automatic transmission, with only 109,413k on the odemeter, this car gets 30MPG city and 45-47MPG highway and is equipped with a new Sony CD/ipod/USB Player in the dash, rear door child safety locks, & Air conditioning, I am a mechanic with over 20 years experience who buys and sells cars for a living, This Saturn came in with a bad head gasket and radiator, I personally knew the last 2 previous owners, so I bought the car off the lady to help her out she could not afford the repairs, I have rebuilt the cylinder head, had it professionally resurfaced at the engine shop, relapped the valves, and replaced the Head gasket, Head bolts, valve oil wiper seals, new Melling lifters, timing chain, timing chain tensioner, crank main seal, spark plugs, exhaust gaskets, hoses & clamps, new radiator, water pump, oil & filter, new Antifreeze, air filter, & Upper motor mount. I also have flushed the complete cooling system to be sure it is as clean as can be, including the heater core, everything is flowing like new. This saturn runs like new very quiet, very smooth, no tics, no knocks, and shifts great, the Saturn comes with all reciepts and is detailed and ready to drive. Other parts replaced were the front brakes and rotors, muffler, and 2 new rear tires & also the AC compressor is new, air blows cold. The body has a couple of small unoticable scratches, and a chipped section on the rear lower quarter panel in front of the rear wheel, it is probalby about a square inch. No sure if you know this but these cars all all plastic so there is no rust on the body panels.
