Hello, Up for auction is my beautiful 1971 Westy. 3 years ago I stripped her and had her painted. Below are the items I replaced in the process: Brand new engine purchased from VW Brand new clutch (German) Brand new Bosch voltage regulator Brand new German rubber from Woflsberg West (All rubber on car were replaced) Brand new windshield Brand new floor-mat (Italy) Brand new pop top yellow canvas, three-window style with opening in rear. I have always used fully synthetic oil in engine and trans Had all seats and curtains redone. (Some material on the rear bench is stretching) Tires have a lot of tread left, but they are old and for safety, they should be replaced if you are planning on a long distance tour. Door panels have been redone and need to be installed. This bus has always been in my enclosed garage and unfortunately, I am moving and there will be no room for her.
