1996 Calypso red BMW328i 4 Dr Auto. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PAY!! Buyer must have a $200 deposit via Paypal immediately after auction ends or it will be relisted. THE GOOD: On the highway today it averages 31mpg. The 2.8L 6 cylinder runs great, idles right at 600rpms doesn't smoke. Suspension and exhaust are quiet. It is loaded with every feature including premium and wood trim packages, power sunroof, ASC, heated power seats, 6 disc CD changer, power windows, locks, mirrors, etc. The interior is in great shape, no rips or tears, headliner is perfect. AM/FM/tape with weatherband radio works fine, etc. On Board computer works as it should, all pixels are good. All windows, locks, sunroof, mirrors, etc. work. Purchased here new in Syracuse at BuIt rdick BMW. The buttons on the OBC, climate control and radio have virtually no wear. The interior is in very nice shape, all power options on both heated seats work. Comes with all the original manuals, BMW 328i new owner audio program, radio code, etc. The car runs and drives, but should probably best be suited for parts. The BAD: First off it is for sale to out of state bidders or NYS registered dealers only! It belongs to out dealership and currently will not pass NYS inspection, so it cannot be sold to NY residents. It has 230k on it. It has rust, the rockers underneath are pretty bad and under the trunk lid is bad. The ACS, ABS and check engine lights are on, the rotors are warped. When driving hard it slips when changing between 2nd and 3rd ( have found used trannys for $50-$100 if that is the problem, the tranny light is not on). Front drivers side wheel is bent. The airbag light comes on for the first minute then goes off. I've put over 450 miles on it. I can deliver it within 200 miles, please ask first if you would like it delivered. I paid $1500 for it wholesale, just looking to recoup some of the cost. Car is sold as-is and comes with a NYS title. If it doesn't sell here I will be running it back through the auction next week.
