You are bidding on a 1966 Chevelle that had a frame off restoration 2 yrs ago. It is an awsome car but has to be sold for personal reasons. Starting with the frame, it was stripped down and painted a charcoal gray,and then put back together with new bushing front and rear. We also chose to lower the car using 2" drop spindles in the front and 2" drop springs in the rear. It has new shocks, the rear are air shocks. It has all new brakes including lines and disc brakes on the front. Wheels are 17 in Boyd Coddington Crown Jewels. Body -- has new full quarters and the trunk pan has been replaced. The rest of the body was stripped of all old paint and prepped for new. Paint color is 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse Pearl Orange. Everyone loves the color. A Goodmark hood was also used. All rubber seals were replaced as well as the stainless trim. The only trip that wasn't changed was the chrome wing window part on the doors. This car was built to drive and we did. So its not perfect. It has a few chips and at there very bottom of the doors there are some small spots where it looks like rust bubbles may be forming -- no holes, but bubbles. Other than that, the car is still in great condition. Engine -- 454 bored 60 over. Keith Black Pistons, Erson Cam, Aluminum Intake, Holly carb, Welded Aluminum V-Covers, Full length headers, Complete 2 1/2 in Flow Master Exhaust with Super 40 Mufflers. Transmission -- Scatter shield, Hays clutch, Pressure plate & flywheel, Richmond 5-speed. Motor and transmission were both installed last fall new. Maybe 1000 miles on them, works great. Interior -- was also replaced with all new interior and looks great. Stereo system was all new also, including the kick panel speakers, dash speaker, rear deck speakers and GPS radio. Unfortunately, the radio quit working on me this spring when I got the car out and I haven't been able to replace it yet. The car has the Covans Classic Carbon Fiber dash panels with Dolphin Gauges. Payment -- $1000 deposit due by within 48 hours of auction end and the balance must be paid in cash within 7 days of auction end. Buyer is responsible for pickup or any shipping arrangements and costs. Serious bidders only, please do not bid if you dont have the means to pay. Seller has the right to end the auction at any time.
