This is a beautiful example of amazing coachwork and design that carries with the Bentley name. While this is not a perfect car it is in great shape and would be near perfect with a little work. To give everyone a background on this car, it was brought to my shop by a representative of a church who had inherited it. They asked me what it would be worth to me or to be sold. While I normally don't handle selling cars I figured for a church it was the least I could do. The little old lady who owned it, unfortunately passed away and left it to the church. Obviously only being driven 45K in 20 years it barely has been used. The interior is in excellent shape with very little signs of standard wear and tear. Anyone is welcome to schedule a time to come by and hear the car run, or even go for a ride around the parking lot in it. The church has not registered it, and has no plans to. Contact us at BCCDOCS@GMAIL.com to schedule a time to look at it, or 540-592-3535 The church was in no position to spend any money on fixing the car prior to selling it so here are the mechanical things that need addressing. 1) There is a brake fluid leak at the brake control valves, these are located at the standard place where some vehicles have the brake master cylinders. These are leaking slightly, and need to be removed to be replaced or they need to be replaced with good used units or new. The brakes still work fine, as long as the fluid level is looked after. It uses a Bentley/Rolls Royce specific fluid for this system. 2) At some point someone put a high end sound system in this car. Sadly one of the components of this system is putting a draw on the battery. The charging system of the car is working just fine and will charge up the battery with no problems at all. But if left to sit the amplifier will slowly drain the battery down to flat. Cosmetically the car is in good shape. Perhaps the little old lady that drove the car just clipped something at one point and damaged the front bumper. I have had a picture taken of the damage to the front bumper, for those who are curious. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are not interested in ending the auction early, this NO RESERVE auction is for the benefit of a church. Please don't waste my time with the low ball offers. There is no reserve, so what ever number it ends up at is what it sells for.
