Here we have a really cool, 1951 Chevy Coe Cabover with a ton of potential! This thing is just screaming to be made into a cool car hauler. This is a project truck that’s been sitting up a few years but is definitely in the right direction to be a cool and different project for someone. The cab is really solid with a little rust in passenger cab corner as seen in pics. The previous owner has set it up on a newer chassis from an mid 80s model 1 ton Chevy dually, therefore it is already setup with the independent suspension up front, power steering and power disc brakes! It has a very unique dual axle setup on the rear that would hold up to hauling just about whatever you needed to, it also has a gooseneck hitch it the bed. The truck has a carbureted 350 v8, with an automatic transmission. Like I stated earlier in the ad, the truck has sat up for a few years but the previous owner drove it in from Idaho when he parked it and has since passed. When I first got the truck I put a battery on it an she turns over good, just going to need some tinkering to get her back on the road again. If you’re looking for a cool and out of the ordinary project, this just might be the truck for you! You don’t see a lot of coe’s and when you do they’re normally pretty expensive.
