Remove complete rear part of ragtop Install white wall inserts. 15 mark on value stem Install rear view mirror Install “surf wagen” emblem. Find center Remove headlights, repaint, install LEDS, replace pivot light bulbs Install headlight grills Remove orange from the turn signals Remove wiper motor, install wiper shafts, safari pivots Remove dash tray to access wiper motor. Remove steering bracket Polish areas outside around wiper pivots before installing Install new side view mirrors Rebuild speedo, paint beige parts, paint needle, change color reflectors, replace burnt bulbs Headlight switch repair, was coming apart. Install shifter extension Install heater knob Install foam pads for gas, brake and clutch pedal Tighten turn signal lever Run horn properly. Run wire thru column Install new horn button Clean steering wheel for ground contact Install wire cover for ignition Remove seats, seatbelts to install rubber mats Install bottom seal Install front LEDs with tray out Install front switch to operate LEDs Run electrical wires for LEDs in rear Hinge plugs on cargo door hinges Plugs on jackpoint in chrome Install cargo door strap Install plugs for cargo door hinges screw Replace grab handle in cargo area Install dyno mat. Press against metal. Prep floor for acyno mat, scuff, pre cleaner Install gas pedal Remove/install roof racks. New rubber for roof rack legs Run Harness front to back for two USB Drill hole for USB mount Make kick panel for back seats Remove both back seats out the radio can be installed, harness can be ran for stereo, amp sound, run ground. After stereo is installed, kick panels cut and fitted underneath seats to flush mount Speakers and hide speaker boxes. Rear USB mounted on rear kick panel with middle out install LEDs front and back of middle seat. Wire up and test. Install middle seat, kick panel and LED wiring. Wired all LED lights turn on with one switch Run LED lights underneath car. Run lights thru plastic tube, seal both ends. Run wires to power source to switch Secure LED light underneath and point to ground. Install rear seat, middle seat, and kick panels. After everything is tested. Check and clean spark plugs.
