98’ Ram 2500 24v Cummins 5 speed NV4500 manual transmission. 22series 8’ Snoway plow with DP with upgraded module and remote Pro control II. Please read entire description before bidding. Truck w/plow are listed for sale locally. I reserve the right to end this auction early if it sells from other advertising. The rust has gotten to this trucks body. Frame is still solid. The 3rd gear syncros are bad in tranny (all other gears good including 5th, and I replaced 5th gear nut 5 years ago and put in aftermarket locking collar). It is still very much drivable by method of double clutching into 3rd gear while up shifting and skip or match speed/rpm downshifting, or fix syncros! A/C DOES NOT work. Heater works very well!! I am 2nd owner and have had since around 2002 and it was just under 100k. Bought from Sister in Law who purchased new. Many new or newer parts include with low miles on them include:Clutch-4 yearsAll new brakes and ball joints-2 yearsFront brake lines-1 monthBatteries-1 yearSteering box-3 yearsHeater grid, solenoids, wiring harness-1yearECM- 1 month, $800 replaced about a year ago due to constant voltage to heater grid solenoids, went bad again and was replaced under warranty. Found HOT cable off of fuse box had rubbed down and was shorting computer out. Moved cable and taped it up and it’s been without drain and starting well for a month now.4 x 4 Posi Lock cable shift, actuator, locking collar, inner axle shaft-1year. Cable has pressed on accelerator pedal and loosened it so it moves side to side, but I can’t even notice when driving, and hope to fix.Tires are Good Year Wranglers about 50% or better. One has minor sidewall buldge starting. Missing one hub capNice tinted rear sliding window, rear bumper is good, goose neck ball, rust free CA driver door. fenders, cab corners, rockers are very rusty. She’s not pretty anymore, but it’s been a workhorse of a truck. Snow plow works well and poly blade was replaced a few winters ago. Upgraded to Pro Control II a few years ago $800 for remote and control module. Plow frame has some rust, but only one small hole. Feel free to ask any questions or request more pictures!
