Beautiful (numbers matching) 1968 Corvette Convertible with hardtop and soft top! mint condition, I would consider this very rare as it has a removable hardtop which is also in mint condition and the convertible soft top which is in mint condition. I I also have a folder filled with receipts of all parts purchased and all work done. This car was totally restored, and has been meticulously maintained ever since. just 8 years ago was expertly repainted, sandblasted down to the fiberglass, door panels were removed and entire inner door and door jams were also painted, there was many many man hours and care put into this repaint, The finish was wet sanded and polished so the black paint is perfectly smooth with no orange peel affect. The engine was rebuilt by R&K motors and machine shop, completed on 1/23/1988 when it had 98,102 miles on it, (I have the build sheet) The transmission was rebuilt / reconditioned by Cottman transmissions on 4/15/1987 when it had 97,802 miles on it. (I have all documentation) Numbers matching can be easily ID-ed on the engine pad, 327 engine with 300 hp and automatic transmission with factory air conditioning. The engine bay is extremely clean, headlights go up and down perfectly, AC actually works, wiper door goes up and down as it should and the wipers work as they should. Brand new tires just this season not even 100 miles on them, New year appropriate seat covers done professionally by a well-known upholster. New year appropriate carpeting professionally installed from front to back. The entire suspension has been updated just 3 years ago with brand new Bilstein shocks, new coil springs, New stabilizer bars front and rear, New upper and lower control arms, New upper and lower ball joints, New trailing arms, New brake calipers with new brakes and new rotors with a new brake master cylinder, ( it stops on a dime) New rear fiberglass mono leaf spring, New body mounts, New rear diff mounts, and more ... click on the YouTube link below for a short video of the car, https://youtu.be/dC1hUF6ee5w if the link is not working just copy and paste to your browser, I also have many more photos of the engine bay, the undercarriage, and the car itself, in case you want me to send you more photos.
