2004 Land Range Rover HSE 4.4 Litre V8 - All Wheel Drive New York State Residents Please Understand Your Restrictions When Bidding On This Vehicle. This vehicle goes to the highest bidder.No Reserve! Please Don't Ask!Runs and drives excellent!The mileage show 145,515 on the odometer, but the CarFax says possible odometer rollback.Power seats work intermittently.One tire in the rear is weak and will not pass NY State inspection.Hood pistons are weak.Truck was given to me on consignment from a friend who owns a repair shop.The truck's owner handed him the title when he was unable to pay for repairs.There're new coil packs and brakes.Tranny was rebuilt a couple of years ago, but is out of warranty.Body is straight and in pretty good shape.Needs a good wash and wax to look nice.Interior is a little worn but in good shape.Truck will not pass NY State inspection - this is mostly due to the coil pack replacement.Truck had a check engine light on due to a misfire.Repair was done and the light is out, but it needs to be driven to reset the vehicle's on-board computer - a necessity in order to pass the emissions part of the inspection. I'm not doing it.Truck has no obvious leaks and should be capable of driving you home.There is no warranty or guarantee.Once the vehicle is removed there is no refund or warranty. New York residents are unable to bid or buy unless they are a registered car dealer, registering/re-titling the vehicle out of state or are using it for “Parts Only”. When a car is sold as “Parts Only’ or “Salvage” it must pass a NY State “Salvage Inspection”. This is done to keep rebuilt wrecks that are unsafe off the road – especially vehicles with frame damage or airbag deployment. My cars are rarely rebuildable wrecks and therefore will easily pass this strict inspection process when the problem that is advertised is corrected. There are about 10 to 15 NY State salvage inspection sites in NY State – 2 or 3 are on Long Island and there are a couple in NY City. Call me for further clarification. As a registered NY State dealer I am unable to sell a car that won’t pass inspection to a NY State resident. Anyone else can bid and buy.
