Relisted due to a dead beat auction winner. My Wife's '99 Eclipse Spyder GST is up for sale. We are third owners. It had apx 26,000 miles when we bought it from a specialty car dealer in Iowa in 2007. The original owner put apx 22,000 on, the 2nd owner put apx 4000 on it, and we have put apx 7000 on it in since 2007. I have changed the oil three times in 8000 miles [Mobile One]. The coolant has also been flushed and changed. The car has only been caught out in the rain a couple of times since we've owned it. It is stored in a climate controlled garage and driven a few times a year in summer only. I am 60 and my Wife is 63. I assure you that this car has not been thrashed like most of them out there have been. It has been pampered. She also owned a black 95 AWD Talon and a '92 AWD Talon which were kept nice. I do not believe that it has ever had any paint work, and the paint is excellent, as are the headlights and other lenses and rubber seals and such. The front bumper was undrilled, and I did not drill it for a Maryland front tag bracket [front tag is zip tied in the grill opening]. It has new OEM Mopar chromed 16 x 7 wheels and Cooper's best touring tires with less than 1000 miles. [the original wheels were peeling in a few spots] Original plugs, belts etc. Even the brakes are original, and the rotors look new. The leather is excellent, no tears or worn spots. The top is excellent, as it the top boot. The car does have a stainless aftermarket exhaust, and KN air filter, but otherwise is unmodified. My Wife gets a kick out of young people asking her " is this your car?" I have the original exhaust and will reinstall it if the buyer prefers it. We have the paperwork and the window sticker showing $27,395. We took the car to a hot rod show in Pigeon Forge, TN a few weeks ago. It was 800 miles round trip. More than we usually put on it in a year. It ran flawlessly and gave 31.4 mpg in mountainous terrain. I reserve the right to remove your did if you have bad feedback or less than 10 transactions.
