Vehicle has its typical wear that most 10 year old family cars would have. I have done by best to list photos that depicting this. Engine runs strong. Does not burn nor leak oil. Oil changes always routinely done. Vehicle drives perfectly. Front end is tight, no vibration on highway. No vibration when braking. Transmission shifts perfectly. TPMS functions as it should. All interior controls and functions work perfectly. Interior: Interior shows normal wear. There is some wear in the cloth in the drivers seat. Interior carpeting always protected with mats. Factory installed rubber mat was installed when new to protect the rug. Exterior: Paint is in excellent shape. There are two photos that depict small abrasion and crack on the passenger side fender as well as a few minor dents on the rear quarter panel. All four weeks are in great shape with no curb scrapes as this vehicle as minimal city mileage. All 4 Michelin Tires have about 25% of tread life left. Recent Service:100k mile tune up performed. Front anti-sway links replaced in 2016. A/C Compressor/Condenser replaced in 2017 (Common issue on the CRV) As a precaution, I had serpentine belt replaced at time of service. Both front and rear brakes will (new rotors installed) in 2017. All Honda recall work (including airbags, and locking system) were performed by local Honda dealership. Most recent Honda dealer service was TPMS control unit replaced as well as new tire pressor sensors. New catalytic converter and oxygen sensors were installed back in May.
