However they decided to go to University in Europe so I will move with them and will not take the Eurovan with me. It has been a passion of mine and I never hesitated to do what was necessary. There are a few more projects left to finish but they are very minor andeasily done. Mollë has lived her life in Washington and California and is clean and rust free. She is now in NEW YORK as I just completed driving her across country with plans to relocate but as you can see those plans have changed. She is low mileage and can easily go another 100 or even 200,000 miles with proper care. The A/C is ice cold. And she performed flawlessly through LA traffic, the lower Mojave desert Las Vegas through Utah the Continental Divide, plains of Nebraska on up to the Allegheny Mountains and into the Big Apple and even through Manhattan. Her lift and tires give her great access to camps other Eurovans could not attempt. You can add up the upgrades I made for yourself and see the value here. A brilliant vehicle. And fits in a standard garage. All of the interior panels have been removed, sound proofing and Luxury car 3M insulation has been installed. The panels were then cleaned prepped and primed with Rustoleum Burlap Universal Paint. This seems to work best and was tested on the interior door handles for 6 months. If for any reason you do get a scratch a $6 can will fix it up in no time. But the handles are in great shape still after 6 months of use. What is left to do: The exterior work is all done with ethe exception of installing the Thule Roof rack rails as GOwesty does. I cut and drilled full length aluminum bar washers for both sides because that's how I do things. You will need to drill oversized holes, fill them, and then drill standard holes through the fill and then bolt them on. Easy job, just didn't have time. The Rear DVD player is brand new and needs a + & - wire run to the rear bus and screwed on. Very simple. I had planned to resurface all the Formica to match which is a very easy job. But ran out of time. Also the new fridge does not have all the AC propane hookups so it freed up space below the fridge that will need a utensil drawer fabricated. In addition, after 20 years the uncomfortable foam mattresses got the odios as well as the noisy covers. Notice how GoWesty uses Sunbrella on theirs. The new, memory foam mattress needs a cover and I also bought the GoWesty Mattress topper. This van has had a lot of professional work done and interior work done. I was a Commercial Contractor for years and I owned an electronic manufacturing company so things were done right. Good luck bidding. You'll love this van. If I was in the US I would not let it go. As a note: I just drove it to Brooklyn but in Southern California I constantly got stopped at intersections, parking lots and asked about it. Good luck.
